وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ:
كُنَّا بِخَانِقِينَ، فَأَهْلَلْنَا هِلَالَ رَمَضَانَ فَمِنَّا مَنْ صَامَ وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَفْطَرَ، فَأَتَانَا كِتَابُ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ [١]الْأَهِلَّةَ بَعْضُهَا أَكْبَرُ مِنْ بَعْضٍ، فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الْهِلَالَ نَهَارًا فَلَا تُفْطِرُوا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْهَدَ رَجُلَانِ مُسْلِمَانِ أَنَّهُمَا أَهَلَّاهُ بِالْأَمْسِ
