أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الْهِلَالَ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ فَلَا تُفْطِرُوا، وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ مِنْ آخِرِ النَّهَارِ فَأَفْطِرُوا
