حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
الرَّجُلُ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَطْعَمْ إِلَى نِصْفِ النَّهَارِ، فَإِنْ بَدَا لَهُ أَنْ يَطْعَمَ طَعِمَ، وَإِنْ بَدَا لَهُ أَنْ يَجْعَلَهُ صَوْمًا كَانَ صَوْمًا
