حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
الصَّائِمُ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ نِصْفِ النَّهَارِ، فَإِذَا جَاوَزَ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا لَهُ بِقَدْرِ مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ النَّهَارِ
