سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَمْ يُوتِرْ حَتَّى طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ ؟ فَقَالَ: أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ يُوتِرَ. وَسَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ ؟ فَقَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ لَمْ يُوتِرْ
