حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
تَجِبُ الْجُمُعَةُ عَلَى الْأَعْمَى إِذَا وَجَدَ قَائِدًا، وَعَلَى الْعَبْدِ إِذَا كَانَ يُؤَدِّي الضَّرِيبَةَ. قَالَ: وَكَانَ يُرَخِّصُ لِلْخَائِفِ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ
