حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُجَمِّعُ مِنْ فَرْسَخَيْنِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا. وَسَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ ؟ فَقَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ يَجِيءُ وَيَذْهَبُ فِي يَوْمٍ فَعَلَيْهِ الْجُمُعَةُ
