✧ Those who said: the sajdah is upon the one who sits for it and the one who hears it

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّ قَاصًّا كَانَ يَجْلِسُ قَرِيبًا مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ، فَيَقْرَأُ السَّجْدَةَ، فَلَا يَسْجُدُ سَعِيدٌ وَقَدْ سَمِعَهَا. قَالَ: فَقِيلَ لَهُ: فَمَا يَمْنَعُكَ مِنَ السُّجُودِ ؟ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ [١]إِلَيْهِ جَلَسْتُ "
