✧ Whoever Would Say That If One Forgets the Recitation, He Repeats

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ قَالَ:
صَلَّى عُمَرُ الْمَغْرِبَ فَلَمْ يَقْرَأْ فِيهَا، فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ قَالُوا لَهُ: يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ: إِنَّكَ لَمْ تَقْرَأْ ! فَقَالَ: " إِنِّي حَدَّثْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَنَا فِي الصَّلَاةِ بِعِيرٍ وَجَّهْتُهَا مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ، فَلَمْ أَزَلْ أُجَهِّزُهَا حَتَّى دَخَلَتِ الشَّامَ " قَالَ: ثُمَّ أَعَادَ الصَّلَاةَ وَالْقِرَاءَةَ
