حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نُسَيْرِ بْنِ ذُعْلُوقٍ عَنْ بَكْرٍ قَالَ:
لَمَّا انْتَهَى الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ خُثَيْمٍ إِلَى مَسْجِدِ قَوْمِهِ، قَالُوا لَهُ: يَا رَبِيعُ، لَوْ قَعَدْتَ لَتَحَدَّثْنَا [١]الْيَوْمَ، قَالَ: فَقَعَدَ فَجَاءَ حَجَرٌ فَشَجَّهُ فَقَالَ: ﴿فَمَنْ جَاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ فَانْتَهَى فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ ﴾
