حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُوَرِّقًا الْعِجْلِيَّ يَقُولُ:
مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا أَفْقَهَ فِي وَرَعِهِ وَلَا أَوْرَعَ فِي فِقْهِهِ مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ
