حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ، عَنْ جُمَيْعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُقْرِئِ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ نَهَى الْبَرِيدَ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ فِي طَرَفِ السَّوْطِ حَدِيدَةً يَنْخُسُ بِهَا الدَّابَّةَ، قَالَ: وَنَهَى عَنِ اللُّجُمِ الثِّقَالِ
