حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ:
إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يُؤَاخِذُ الْعَامَّةَ بِعَمَلٍ فِي الْخَاصَّةِ، فَإِذَا الْمَعَاصِي ظَهَرَتْ فَلَمْ تُنْكَرِ اسْتَحَقُّوا الْعُقُوبَةَ جَمِيعًا
