حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيَّ يَقُولُ:
مَا عَرَضْتُ قَوْلِي عَلَى عَمَلِي، إِلَّا خَشِيتُ [١]أَنْ أَكُونَ مُكَذِّبًا
