حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
الرَّعِيَّةُ مُؤَدِّيَةٌ إِلَى الْإِمَامِ مَا أَدَّى الْإِمَامُ إِلَى اللهِ، فَإِذَا رَتَعَ رَتَعُوا
