حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ قَالَ:
مَا فَوْقَ حُلْوَانَ فَهُوَ ذِمَّةٌ، وَمَا دُونَ حُلْوَانَ مِنَ السَّوَادِ فَهُوَ فَيْءٌ، قَالَ: سَوَادُنَا هَذَا فَيْءٌ
