حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ مُسَاوِرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ سَبَاهَا الْعَدُوُّ ثُمَّ ظَهَرَ عَلَيْهَا الْمُسْلِمُونَ فَوَقَعَتْ فِي سَهْمِ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ قَالَ: تُرَدُّ إِلَى أَهْلِ عَهْدِهَا
