حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ اشْتَرَطَ ضِيَافَةَ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ وَأَنْ يُصْلِحُوا الْقَنَاطِرَ، وَإِنْ قُتِلَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ بِأَرْضِهِمْ فَعَلَيْهِمْ دِيَتُهُ
