✧ The man who accepts Islam while in the abode of war, then a man kills him while he is there

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ. وَعَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:
﴿وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيثَاقٌ ﴾قَالَا: الرَّجُلُ يُسْلِمُ فِي دَارِ الْحَرْبِ فَيَقْتُلُهُ الرَّجُلُ، لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ الدِّيَةُ وَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ
