حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
لَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ إِلَى عَدُوِّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ طَعَامًا وَلَا سِلَاحًا يُقَوِّيهِمْ بِهِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ، فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ فَاسِقٌ
