حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
مَا أَصَابَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِمَّا أَصَابَهُ الْعَدُوُّ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ، فَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ [صَاحِبُهُ] [١]قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ، وَإِنْ قُسِمَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ بِالثَّمَنِ
