حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا خَرَجَتْ سَرِيَّةٌ بِإِذْنِ الْإِمَامِ فَغَنِمُوا أَخَذَ الْإِمَامُ الْخُمُسَ، وَسَائِرُهُ لَهُمْ
