حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى نَافِعٍ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ فِي السَّرِيَّةِ يَحْمِلُ [١]بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ أَمِيرِهِ ؟ فَكَتَبَ: إِنَّهُ لَا يُغَيِّرُهُ إِذْنُ أَمِيرِهِ
