حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى قَالَ:
كَتَبَ أَبُو مُوسَى إِلَى عُمَرَ: إِنَّا لَمَّا فَتَحْنَا تُسْتَرَ أَصَبْنَا خَيْلًا عِرَاضًا، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ: أَنَّ تِلْكَ الْبَرَاذِينَ، مَا قَرَفَ [١]مِنْهَا الْعِتَاقَ فَأَسْهِمْ، وَأَلْغِ مَا سِوَى ذَلِكَ
