حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَسْلَمَ مَوْلَى عُمَرَ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ كَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَّالِهِ يَنْهَاهُمْ عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ، وَأَمَرَهُمْ بِقَتْلِ مَنْ جَرَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمُوسَى
