حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَخَذَهُ الْعَدُوُّ فَأَكْرَهُوهُ عَلَى شُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ وَأَكْلِ الْخِنْزِيرِ، قَالَ: إِنْ أَكَلَ وَشَرِبَ فَرُخْصَةٌ، وَإِنْ قُتِلَ أَصَابَ خَيْرًا
