حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
لَئِنْ بَقِيتُ لَآخُذَنَّ فَضْلَ مَالِ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ وَلَأَقْسِمَنَّهُ فِي فُقَرَاءِ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ.
