حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ لَا يَفْرِضُ إِلَّا لِمَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ، قَالَ: فَكَانَ أَبِي مِمَّنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فَفَرَضَ لَهُ
