حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَالْحَكَمِ قَالَا:
يُقَسَّمُ مِيرَاثُهُ بَيْنَ امْرَأَتِهِ وَوَرَثَتِهِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
