حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
يُقْتَلُ، وَمِيرَاثُهُ بَيْنَ وَرَثَتِهِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
