حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا وُجِدَ الْكَنْزُ فِي أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ فَفِيهِ الْخُمُسُ، وَإِذَا وُجِدَ فِي أَرْضِ الْعَرَبِ فَفِيهِ الزَّكَاةُ
