حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَسَدِيُّ، عَنْ مَعْقِلٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ: لَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ إِلَّا صُلْبُ الْجِزْيَةِ، وَلَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ فَارٍّ وَلَا مِنْ مَيِّتٍ، وَلَا يُؤْخَذُ أَهْلُ الْأَرْضِ بِالْفَارِّ [١]
