حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ جَعَلَ عَلَى كُلِّ رَأْسٍ فِي السَّنَةِ أَرْبَعًا وَعِشْرِينَ، وَعَطَّلَ النِّسَاءَ وَالصِّبْيَانَ
