حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ:
لَمَّا بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عَدْلَهُ مَعَافِرَ
