حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
مَنْ أُعْتِقَ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ أَوْ أَسْلَمَ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ فَلَا حَقَّ لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ، لِأَنَّ الْحُقُوقَ وَجَبَتْ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ
