حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُغِيرَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَسَنَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ بَايَعَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ، فَكَانَ لَهَا عِنْدَهُ شَيْءٌ فَنَبَذَهَا فَلَمْ يَجِدْهَا، أَيَجْعَلُهُ فِي بَيْتِ مَالِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
