حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
قَضَى أَبِي فِي رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى يَدَيْ رَجُلٍ فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَةً، فَأَعْطَى ابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ، وَأَعْطَى الَّذِي أَسْلَمَ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ النِّصْفَ
