حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ بَنِي عَمٍّ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ إِلَى ثَلَاثَةٍ، وَعَنْ بَنِي عَمٍّ لِأَبٍ إِلَى اثْنَيْنِ ؟ فَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: الْمَالُ لِبَنِي الْعَلَّاتِ
