حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَخِلَاسٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْمَمْلُوكُ الْحُرَّةَ فَوَلَدَتْ أَوْلَادًا ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَ فَإِنَّهُ يَجُرُّ الْوَلَاءَ
