حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ صَمْعَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْمَمْلُوكُ الْحُرَّةَ، فَمَا جَرَى فِي الرَّحِمِ فَوَلَاؤُهُ لِمَوَالِي الْأُمِّ، فَإِذَا أُعْتِقَ الْأَبُ جَرَّ الْوَلَاءَ
