حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
يَرْجِعُ الْوَلَاءُ إِلَى مَوَالِي الْأَبِ إِذَا أُعْتِقَ، وَحَدَّثَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ قَضَيَا بِهِ، وَأَنَّ شُرَيْحًا لَمْ يَقْضِ بِهِ ثُمَّ قَضَى بِهِ
