حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ: أُرَاهُ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ عُمَرُ:
إِذَا كَانَتِ الْحُرَّةُ تَحْتَ الْمَمْلُوكِ فَوَلَدَتْ فَوَلَاءُ وَلَدِهَا لِمَوَالِي الْأُمِّ، فَإِذَا أُعْتِقَ الْأَبُ جَرَّ الْوَلَاءَ
