حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ مَوْلًى لَهُ وَجَدَّهُ وَأَخَاهُ لِمَنْ وَلَاءُ مَوْلَاهُ ؟ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: الْوَلَاءُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَانِ [١]
