حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا لَهُ فَمَاتَ، وَمَاتَ الْمَوْلَى، وَتَرَكَ الَّذِي أَعْتَقَهُ أَبَاهُ وَابْنَهُ، [١]فَقَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ: لِأَبِيهِ السُّدُسُ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لِابْنِهِ
