حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ شِبَاكٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
لَا يَرِثُ وَلَدُ الزِّنَى، إِنَّمَا يَرِثُ مَنْ لَا يُقَامُ عَلَى أَبِيهِ الْحَدُّ، وَتُمْلَكُ أُمُّهُ بِنِكَاحٍ أَوْ شِرَاءٍ
