حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَتَلَ الرَّجُلُ ابْنَهُ أَوْ أَخَاهُ لَمْ يَرِثْهُ، وَوَرِثَهُ أَقْرَبُ النَّاسِ بَعْدَهُ
