حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا لَحِقَ بِدَارِ الْحَرْبِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقَسَّمَ مِيرَاثُهُ أَوْ يَعْتِقَ الْحَاكِمُ أُمَّهَاتِ أَوْلَادِهِ وَمُدَبَّرَتَهُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِمْ
