حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادٌ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
مِيرَاثُهُ كُلُّهُ لِأُمِّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ، وَيَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ عَصَبَتُهَا، وَكَذَلِكَ وَلَدُ الزِّنَى، وَوَلَدُ النَّصْرَانِيِّ وَأُمُّهُ مُسْلِمَةٌ
