حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ حَصِيرَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ:
لَمَّا رَجَمَ عَلِيٌّ الْمَرْأَةَ قَالَ لِأَهْلِهَا: هَذَا ابْنُكُمْ تَرِثُونَهُ وَيَرِثُكُمْ [٢]، وَإِنْ جَنَى جِنَايَةً فَعَلَيْكُمْ
