حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَخٍ لِي فِي بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ: لِمَنْ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِهِ لِأُمِّهِ، هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ [١]أَبِيهِ وَمَنْزِلَةِ أُمِّهِ
